Do I need to be home for a visit?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard through a gate or door code, we’ll take care of the rest.
What happens with bad weather?
If heavy rain or storms prevent us from safely servicing your yard, we’ll reschedule for the next available day.
Do you offer off site waste disposal?
Yes. If you prefer to have pet waste disposed of off site, we can accommodate that request for a small charge.
Can I change my scoop plan?
Yes. You can update your scoop plan anytime through your Customer Portal, including your account information.
